A note from the ICU in which the impression on the residents and attendings is clearly manifest. Sometimes you just have to laugh. I personally enjoyed the grammatical errors that are rampant throughout.

Dr. So + So? What the hell is the deal with your ICU nurses? Clearly they believe they're the only ones doing any real work and the doctors are all idiots.
I'm so tempted to take pictures at work, too, of the goofy signs people write. :-P

I think they were trying to say "...even if he takes the call/ value for himself". But their grammar is so bad that the note is actually kinda hard to read once through.
I'll have to check out those passaggressive notes...sounds like fun.
I am confused. That sign makes no sense. I can't obey a sign that makes no sense. ;)
